it looks somewhat blocky; it would be better if he moved around more, say, he moved his legs back a bit as if he was preparing to but force into the blow. otherwise this looks really good!

I keep watching this and it is great.
if poo held his arms out longer and had a little shake in the at the end (before the animation reset) I think it would add some follow through and force to the animation.

Nice animation! I bet it would "snap" better if you took out 1 or 2 frames on the extension of his arms.
