How to Play(There's a tutorial in game, but I'll explain here too):
Use arrow keys to move, press SPACE to get medicine when you touch it, and press SPACE to give the medicine to the right pokemon. The medicine color corresponds to the type of Pokemon that it is given to. (Charmander is Fire type = Red medicine). You have to be touching the Pokemon to give it the medicine, and if you give the wrong medicine, you'll lose 100 points but you still can heal it.
You win when you get the required number of patients healed, or in Level 4, when the time runs out.
IMPORTANT: If Pokemon are overlapping, heal the one on top first (otherwise you'll be giving the wrong medicine)
EDIT 5/6/12: I added a countdown system before each round and I gave more seconds for Level 2. If you guys notice any bugs/glitches/things I should change, please tell me!

Well done. 
The only thing that could have influenced negatively in my opinion are the graphics. They are somewhat ok, but could use improvement such as blinking, more movement, and the background could also use some whor since its too simple.
My question: Could you make this even more complex? say instead of 3 pokemon and 3 mediciones, how 5 pokemon and 5 medicines? Its just a question. Im sure that would skyrocket its popularity, and you are getting very close to more complex flash games. What somewhat let me down on it was the fact each pokemon only had one medicine. It would have been fun if each pokemon could have whatever medicine they needed.
Example: If charmander had a cold, he would need green pill. If he had temperature he needs the red one. It shouldnt be too hard, and makes the game much more of a challenge, and more fun! and Im sure people would love it!
Great game, and dont forget deviantart is a huge comunity, so if you need some help, there are hundreds of people you can ask for it. Id be glad to assist on the background and some more movement life-like animation effects if you would agree, but Im kinda over booked with flash tutorials and managing the growing site.
Great game once again, I hope to see great things from you in the future.
